Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic style of yoga where movements are coordinated with the breath, creating a continuous flow of postures. ‘Vinyasa’ means ‘to place in a special way,’ referring to the sequencing of poses. In a class, poses are often linked in sequences that smoothly transition from one to another, often set to music, creating a rhythmic and meditative experience.
Aerial Yoga
Aerial yoga is practised in a silk hammock which allows yogis to develop their practice, or if a beginner, provides support in establishing correct asana alignment while building strength. Aerial yoga has many therapeutic benefits including injury physiotherapy rehabilitation and overall fitness improvements, and helps develop a stronger yoga mat practise.
